Entitled “headwinds on financing conditions”, the first round table of the 7th GreenUnivers conference on renewable energy financing in France provided an opportunity to take stock of current trends. It is also an opportunity to discuss the turbulence caused by the renegotiation of pre-2011 solar tariffs. Antoine Huard, CEO of Verso Energy, underlined the importance of “distributing the risks between installations in call for tenders, in corporate PPA and even in merchant”.
