Matériaux innovants Rayonier Inc. (NYSE : RYAM) et VERSO ENERGY ont conclu un protocole d’accord (MoU) pour collaborer sur le développement des carburants de synthèse et plus particulièrement les carburants d’aviation durables issus de ressources renouvelables.

Entitled "headwinds on financing conditions", the first round table of the 7th GreenUnivers conference on renewable energy financing in France provided an opportunity to take stock of current trends. It is also an opportunity to discuss the turbulence caused by the renegotiation of pre-2011 solar tariffs. Antoine Huard, CEO of Verso Energy, underlined the importance of "distributing the risks between installations in call for tenders, in corporate PPA and even in merchant".
Xavier Caïtucoli and Antoine Huard launch Verso Energy
Xavier Caïtucoli, former co-founder of Direct Energie and Antoine Huard, former Managing Director of Générale du Solaire International, jointly create Verso Energy. The purpose of the company is to develop, finance and operate projects for the production and storage of renewable electricity and carbon-free hydrogen. Its central idea is to promote the integration of renewable energies by providing flexibility, via H2 production or storage in batteries.
